Returns & Exchanges
We have every confidence you will love your Bear Creek Knife, but on the off chance you need to return it, you have the option to exchange or return for a refund 100 days after date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If an item was damaged due to misuse, negligence, or abuse, we are unable to accept those returns or replace it at no cost. For example, running the knife through the dishwasher or garbage disposal will void the warranty. But for a small fee, we may be able to recondition the knife for you. We cannot accept returns on custom orders, engraved items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (5-7 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
